Sugar & Salt only uses local, seasonal ingredients from London´s best suppliers. We then create original dishes with a personal twist. It´s haute cuisine meets comfort food. Each menu is tailor-made, depending on your taste, wishes and the occasion. For those who are chocoholic, Sugar & Salt can prepare a fine selection of handmade chocolates and patisseries.

Canapé menus - ideal for canapé parties

These are just a few examples of canapés - we can cater for any occasion using almost any ingredient.

The mouth-watering Benetton fashion preview event menu was loved by everyone:

All our petit fours and patisseries are hand-made:

  • Flourless orange cake made with Marcona almonds and orange
  • Financiers
  • Macaroons with a mixture of orange blossom or red fruit or pineapple/basil

Home-made chocolate by our in-house chocolatier only uses Valrhona chocolate:

  • Sea salted caramel
  • Ginger and lemongrass
  • Mulled wine, cinnamon, orange peel, cloves and nutmeg
  • Fresh thyme and Maldon sea salt
  • Raspberry
